Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end.

Life is a series of beginnings and ends. As the year 2011 draws to an end, 2012 brings the promise of a fresh start. And with that fresh start comes my decision to begin a blog. Where I am at in my life right now, I have very few people to talk to about what is really on my mind. This will be a way for me to express myself and get things off my chest. Through my writing I am hopeful to shake off some of the dust in my head that has settled from a year without any form of schooling. Living at home and not knowing exactly what I would like to do with my life has been stressful. Sometimes I feel like I am going insane just sitting here at home. I do have a job, but there are still many hours left over in every single day just begging to be spent wisely. I have already completed one year at a private university, but with the economy the way it is right now I cannot afford to return. Because of this, I am currently working on an application to a local state school. What is unfortunate about applying to a school thirty minutes away is that I will be too close to home, still have to endure the freezing cold winters, and not be able to be with all my friends from that one year of college in another state. Pero así es la vida. Anyways, only one and a half more hours until the big ball drops... and two and a half more until it is officially New Years Day for me. I feel like this first post is somewhat short, but there will be more. Until then, I hope you have a fantastic New Year with an abundance of good things coming your way! Peace.
